Moises Josue Michel is a Southern California based dancer and choreographer. Born and raised in the Inland Empire, Moises started his dance training at the age of 16 at Los Angeles County High School of the Arts. Training in both Horton and Ballet, it was here that Moises found the fire to ignite his hot burning passion for movement. After graduating he went to attend the University of the Arts (Philadelphia, PA) for his BFA in Dance. There Moises focused his studies in Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary styles and Choreographic Studies/Systems. Working intensively with mentors Sidra Bell and Roni Koresh. Moises has performed in works set/choreographed by Douglas Becker, Sidra Bell, Deborah Brockus, Roni Koresh, Nicholas Leichter, Eiko Otake, Meredith Rainey and Oliver Tarpaga. Currently dancing for Donna Sternberg and Dancers, BrockusRED, and other projects, as well as creating his own work (IIIsquared).
